Al Agnew Autumn Ritual - 18" x 13"

In Autumn Ritual, Al Agnew has painted a scene where a magnificent bull elk bugles during rut season. An elk will bugle to attract females and to warn off other males who venture into their territory.  An average male bull elk weighs about 700 pounds, 40 pounds of which can be their antlers measuring more than 4 feet above their heads.  A struggle between two bulls can become quite a battle scene as each will use those antlers to gain dominance within the herd.
