Terry Redlin Racing Home

In the Terry Redlin Christmas holiday print RACING HOME, grandpa is taking his granddaughter for a quick sleigh ride.  All the traditions of the holiday season are combined into this wonderful picture--picking a Christmas tree, buying gifts, building a snowman, a church steeple in the distance, and most importantly, the joy of a close knit family.

“Grandpa and granddaughter have been Christmas shopping, and now it's time to head on home for supper. But first Grandpa cannot resist a quick spin around the park. The prancing horse has attracted an entourage of the town's dogs who always enjoy a good race. As the speedy sleigh crosses the bridge, the girl excitedly waves her scarf and flag. Her brother, who has been helping other kids build a snowman, knows this is his signal to also head home. We notice in the office building that someone is working late. We can be assured that he, too, will soon decide it's time to put away the files, turn off the light and return to his family.”

This holiday scene can be yours in one of two different sizes, and either as an open unsigned edition or a signed/numbered limited edition.  There is even a canvas available for those who prefer that medium.
