A serene lake provides an evening landing spot for this flock of mallards in wildlife artist Bruce Miller's print Minnesota Mallards.  The distinctive green head and yellow bill of the male mallard duck is a familiar sight around almost any body of freshwater.  In fact, mallards are considered to be the most abundant duck on the planet.
