Bruce Miller On the Run

In artist Bruce Miller's print ON THE RUN, something has spooked these whitetail deer. When frightened they will run "flag up" meaning their white tail straight up in the air.  This serves as a warning to other deer, plus makes it easier for the fawns to follow their mothers.  When running at 30 MPH it could become easy to get separated.
